Service Description

Functional Spirit Science is a comprehensive, 12-week consultation program that explores the intersection of functional wellness and spiritual development. It is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of holistic well-being, integrating both scientific principles and spiritual practices. By combining evidence-based approaches with intuitive insights, FSS empower individuals to cultivate balance and harmony in all aspects of their lives. Each 90-minute Zoom meeting (of which there are 6) is your time to discuss your personal wellness and lifestyle issues in an individualized setting. Here, we can dive into your unique experiences and customize a plan-of-action based on where you currently find yourself in your wellness journey, and where you want to go.
